Overview: Full Cable Trolley System for ropeway rescue, includes; Mark V Cable Trolley with Safety Gate and integral (Upper) block, Rescue Rope, Lower Block, attachment karabiner and Tactical Rope Bag for rope management (** Patent pending as a novel Industrial Design). Facilitates direct rescuer access to all passenger carriers during ropeway evacuation events.
Dimensions: Variable with proximity of blocks but overall length ~ 30cm X 10 cm X 8 cm. Tactical Rope Bag holds up to 20 meters of 8 mm nylon rescue rope. Overall reach with blocks extended (vertical descent/ascent on passenger cabins) up to seven (7) meters with 4:1 mechanical advantage.

Construction: Chassis and block 6065 T6 Aluminum. Stainless steel safety gate, main rolling axle, rope attachment point and cotter pins. Karabiner is brass, locking. Tactical Rope Bag is 1000 Denier nylon with drain holes and integral bone (to hold the bag open while stowing rope). Rolling wheel is TPU95A Plastic. Block wheels are PLA+ plastic.
Maintenance: Stainless steel cotter pins allow simple axle removal for cleaning and inspection, and replacement of any worn parts. No lubrication is required. Lifeskill recommends gentle wash with fabric softener of the rope annually, and as required ensuring rope remains free of contamination.
Parts: Wheel and axle kits that include all necessary components, (silicone spacers, rubber bushings, pin bearings, and cotter pins) are also available. Easy maintenance and readily accessible replacement parts ensure serviceability of the rig for many years.

Ordering and delivery: Minimum 6 rigs per order, delivery within 3 – 5 weeks. 60% down-payment required at the time of ordering, with balance due at delivery.
Note: Must be used with separate tower-climbing, fall-safety and passenger rescue equipment (not included). Rescuers must use belay ropes for steep slope ropeways.
